I work with people who want to grow and develop. At first, it doesn’t matter whether the movement is away from something or toward something — what matters is the movement itself. Bringing frozen systems back into motion and into resonance is at the core of my work.
I work with individuals, couples, and in the accompaniment of generations — sometimes also in organizational contexts. My work is grounded in systemic therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and integrates body-oriented psychotherapeutic methods such as Somatic Experiencing (SE), EMDR, tapping techniques, and hypnosis.
Focus
The main focus of my work is (complex) post-traumatic stress disorder resulting from traumatic experiences in childhood and adolescence. I work integratively, addressing both the cognitive dimension — “what happened?” — and the emotional dimension — “how does it feel today?”
People who already have prior experience with psychotherapy have often been accompanied through analytical, depth-psychological, or cognitive-behavioral approaches, yet still do not feel truly aligned or at home in their lives even after years of therapy. This is where integrative psychotherapy comes in: by integrating painful bodily memories, we can make the original self — the self that existed before the traumatic experiences — accessible again.
